The initial on-site engagement is a 2-day session with the entire leadership team to complete the “Your Success Plan” process, resulting in a 90-day action plan focused on goal traction, accountability, and critical meeting rhythms.

Weekly meetings occur 44 times per year, lasting 90 minutes each. These sessions are led by your Accountability Partner, focusing on addressing weekly issues to gain traction and progress.
