Our Workshops are specialized training programs designed for various roles in the home services industry. They include The Tech Series, The CSR Series, The Manager Series, The Sales Professional Series, and The Owner Series.

The Workshops are open to technicians, customer service representatives, managers, sales professionals, and business owners in the home services industry.

Workshops are available both at your location and at our facility in Buda, Texas. Prices for Buda workshops are available online, while pricing for on-site workshops can be discussed with a Service Excellence team member. Workshops in Buda typically last 3 days, whereas those at your location or over Zoom usually last 2 days.
