In this podcast, we will be honoring the memory of one of my earliest mentors. Her name was Virginia Selle, and she was 95. She came into my life when she was 75, and I was 19.
Mrs. Selle became my mentor in a moment of great crisis. She stepped in at her advanced age, and began to teach hard and valuable lessons.
One of which is:
#1: you are stronger than you think you are
”When we are in crisis, we convince ourselves that we are weak and ready to break. This makes us vulnerable to attacks. Mrs. Selle convinced us that we were all stronger than what we realized. When we didn’t think we could keep the store going, she knew that we could. Her belief made us strong.”
There are 10 other lessons in today’s show, and you will find it one valuable.
